I’m retaking Stacy Julian’s Finding Photo Freedom class as an alumni this year as while I managed to sort out my digital storage binders which have worked great for me the last few years but I never quite figured out how to get digital category drawers going.
As part of the class Stacy gives you a seek and find challenge to see how well your system is working. So since it’s 5am and I’m wide awake I thought I’d give it a go and share the pictures I found with you.
1. A Photo of you take before 1995 – 10secs
2. A photo of something you love to eat – 25sec (because I couldn’t decide what to pick – just go with your instinct right?)
3. A favourite photo taken on your last three vacations - 2m 13sec
4. A photo featuring all members of your family - 13 sec
5. A photo from Halloween in 2008 - 35 sec
6. A great personality shot of a member of your immediate family. 10 sec
7. A photo of you and a good friend together – 51 sec
8. A photo that typifies some aspect of your everyday life or daily routine – 24sec
9. A photo of the sky – 15sec
10 A group of photos from last fall that you know for certain you would like to scrapbook 60sec
For a total of 6 minutes 4 sec – It would have been quicker if I would have been more decisive with some photos.
Shanna.
